Student Conduct
Every college, university, technical school, and higher educational institution has its own student conduct code. These rules govern how students are supposed to conduct themselves on campus and at campus-related events and organizations.
The College Law Duo’s representation in student conduct matters includes the following violations and arrests that bring the student before the school on code of conduct matters:
alcohol and drugs;
hazing;
disorderly conduct;
theft by taking;
housing complaints; and
any violation that the school has contacted the student about where the school is threatening expulsion, suspension, or discipline.
